Well no more. Time to get back into the swing of things.
I really like to run, especially if I've got some good tunes going. I'm a fan of treadmills. Something about running outside that turns me off. But put me on a treadmill and I feel like I can run forever!
Yesterday I gave myself a goal of 3 miles in under 30 minutes. As you can see, I didn't reach that goal but that's okay.
Sometimes we don't reach our goals. And that's okay.

Just exercise. It doesn't matter if it's for 2 hours or 15 minutes. It is still better than laying in bed. You'll be happy you got your crap together and burned some calories.
Next goal: 3 miles in under 30 minutes ;)

goals are so much better than plans! 3 miles in under 30 minutes is an excellent goal, and youre almost there! i have yet to achieve my sub 4 hour marathon... hoping tomorrow night at 10:59 that goal becomes reality. thats the "plan" anyway hehe
